My passion for cooking stems from a very young age, because my Grammie Bea and my mom, Shirley, let me help in the kitchen when I was a little girl. I used to help with the rolling of the dough, stirring of the cookies and cutting of the apples :)
My grandmother did alot of Down-Home, Old-Fashioned, New England Cooking. From CHOWDERS to STEWS to BANNICK to FRIED TRIPE to the prettiest APPLE PIES, and best STEWED BEANS and most delicious CHOCOLATE FUDGE in the USA :) From her passion for cooking, she passed on all her treasured recipes to my mom, and my mom passed them down to me and my sisters. I have picked up my own style of cooking through the years, and I have lots of great recipes from family and friends and co-workers to share with you.
This page is dedicated to my mom and grandmother in their passing. I love and miss them both very much.
