Beth Allen: Amber

Beth Allen plays Amber in the Tribe, and in many people's opinions, is the best actress in the show. Xena fans may recognize Beth as Pilee in 'Daughter of Pomira' - the Horde girl.

She is an incredible actress who fully deserves any fame and recognition she gets.

Hi. I'd just like to say that Beth is a very talented young actor who deserves every success that comes her way. Well done Beth and we all miss her from everyone in Tribeworld. Long Live Amber!! Keep the dream alive.

I think Beth is a brilliant actress who portrayed her part well. Amber could be a little annoying at times when she got in a mood, but most of the time she was like the mother to the other, younger tribe members. Her make-up right at the beginning was a little OTT, but I liked it more right near the end before she died.

I think Beth Allen is a brilliant actress. Her character in the tribe was really likeable. The scenes between Amber and Bray were excellent as were scenes between Amber and Lex. I really liked Beth's clothes on the show and preferred her make up in the second half of the season. I thought she was the best actress in the show (although they're all very good). Very sad when her character Amber died.

From Zandra'sghost:

I cried when she died. That shows how much I liked her. She is a great actress, and really stood out from the rest. She said that leaving the series was the hardest thing she'd ever had to do. In a way i'm glad as she needs a good education, but the show is certainly missing something without her. As for the image, i loved the hair. the clothes were a bit butch, but went well with the character. I liked the peddle pushers she wore towards the end. Her makeup was not as good however. She seemed to go a bit wild with the facepaints. But other than that, she was fab, and I miss her loads.

I think Beth Allen was a really talented actress and a great person too. she played a difficult part, but did it really well. Her accent was very convincing and I often recorded tribe eps with her in it and replayed them to see how she acted certain scenes, as I wish to be an actress myself and I believe she's a great role model.
