The river is crossed; the task is fulfilled. You feel the joy of completion and the end of tensions that beset you in the struggle to cross over. For this grand achievement, the forces in your life have come into harmony. But this moment of fulfillment is also the first moment of falling apart. It is a turning point when the energy begins to disperse. In the midst of your feeling of completion, be prepared to gather yourself and begin anew the never-ending effort. |

(Q) Have I known [ex-husband] in previous lives, was the marriage a karmic debt and is it now finished? (A) It is now finished. There was much to be worked out. It is complete in itself, but will be met again in another experience. 2185-1 It is not that which causes the uprising or the tumult or the shout, nor the voice of the trumpets for the mighty, that brings accomplishment within one’s own self. These are not God’s ways. Rather in the stillness of the night, in the still small voice, in the beauty in the smile of the babe, in the beauty of the blush of the rose, do we find those activities that play upon the hearts and sentiments of men and women everywhere! These are the things that wield the greater power among the masses as well as those that rule in power and in might. And know, as ye learned in those experiences, there is no power given to any man—nor to thyself—save by the will of the Creative Force as an opportunity that he may become more aware of the glory and the purpose of God’s ways with man! 1641-1 (Q) Please advise her spiritually and mentally for her complete happiness and accomplishment of life’s work. (A) Keep in the ways that are known to self, and that are satisfying to the desires of the spiritual life; the aid as may be given in counsel and advice to those about the body; worrying as little as possible as to the manner in which the responses are made to such; knowing in self that the seed of thought sown in the advice, whether there is built a resentment at the time or not, will if self does not build a wall of resentment—sooner or later have its effect upon those about it. 325-44 (Q) Must the solar cycle be finished on earth, or can it be completed on another planet, or does each planet have a cycle of its own which must be finished? (A) If it is begun on the earth it must be finished on the earth. The solar system of which the earth is a part is only a portion of the whole. For, as indicated in the number of planets about the earth, they are of one and the same—and they are relative one to another. It is the cycle of the whole system that is finished, see? 5749-14 | |
