57 / Penetrating Wind

A time for subtle penetration, like the wind that moves invisibly but with influence. Remain in the background as problems confront your life. By staying detached and not forcefully exerting your will, the quality of your character indirectly has a powerful effect.

One that fills the mind, the very being, with an expectancy of God will see His movement, His manifestation, in the wind, the sun, the earth, the flowers, the inhabitant of the earth. 341-31

We are conscious of the action of psychic and spiritual forces in the same manner we are conscious of the action of electrical forces in any manner in the physical world, or as we see, "The wind bloweth where it listeth. Thou heareth the sound thereof though know of from whence it cometh nor whence it goeth." 900-56

Let thy voice be raised, then, as in praise to thy Maker; not in word alone but rather in the manner in which ye meet thy fellow men day by day. For the prayer, and the living of same by those sixty and four who are here gathered, may even save America from being invaded—if that is what ye desire. 3976-25

Only in Him in whom there was found no guile, and though He were buffeted by man—though He was ridiculed by those in power, though He suffered among those convicted of crime in the flesh, and railings against their fellow man—yet those tenets as were proclaimed by that as the man, making self as the son of man, and through those conditions became the Son of the living God—in these tenets, in these ways and manners, may such conditions be brought to the realization of those that would build an invisible empire within the hearts of men . . . 3976-4

(Q) Are there any entities in the invisible world who are trying or have tried to reach me with messages?

(A) Oft, as has been given, have there been glimpses of those innate forces and influences that would guide or direct, yet—as has been given—better that these be from those forces from within self, than from too much of those of the outside influence; for when the contacts may be made with the divine forces themselves, why take substitutes? 1048-1

(Q) Do I have any direct guidance from invisible helpers?

(A) As indicated, ever the guardian angel stands before the throne of God—for each individual.

Let not thy good be evil-spoken of nor thy bad be such as to cause continued questioning. Rather let the attitude be in that direction of hopefulness for the things to come. 3189-3
