Live in peace with powerful forces and influences around you. Strengthen yourself to be able to meet inevitable hardship but still maintain a peaceful centeredness. Cultivate a kind of internal order which allows you to concentrate peacefully and completely on what is at hand in the present moment.

(Q) How can I overcome the feeling of frustration?

(A) Know in what you have believed and who is the author. Then live by it, and live with it and you will find peace. For, the promise is, as from Him, "It must indeed be that offenses come, but woe unto him by whom they come."

Be not disturbed, as He gives, because of frustrations. Know, "I have overcome the world, and if you abide in me, I bring peace." And peace is far from frustration. 2528-3

And all may be on fire with the powers that may manifest through them; becoming less and less self-centered, less and less selfish; and more and more at peace and in harmony with those experiences that are theirs in the going about to show forth His love, through the application of that each are gaining through their walks with Him in prayer, in meditation. 262-38

Each has been chosen as a channel, and each in its own way—and not alone of self, but manifesting life through love will bring the Spirit’s reaction in the daily experiences of every soul. For, they are one—all believe, all have heard. Then, let them that have eyes see, and ears hear, what the Spirit saith unto them in such meditation in the inner self.

For, from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh; and the love of the Father through the Son constraineth all, if each will be less selfish, less self-centered, more desirous of showing forth His love, His abundant mercy, His peace, His harmony, that comes from being quiet in the Lord, being joyous in service, being happy in whatsoever state ye find self; knowing that he whom the Lord loveth him doth He call into service, if each soul will but seek to know His way rather than "my way or thy way." Let thy yeas be yea in the Lord. Let thine understanding take hold on the things of the spirit, for they are alone eternal. 262-46

For, whatever the entity chooses to do may be accomplished; provided that the ego does not get ahead of the I AM in the entity’s experience. For, if self is placed first and foremost, this is as the "little book" which when eaten turns to gall within the experience of the entity. Using the abilities in any direction to the glory of the Creative Forces may bring honor and fame, as well as much of this world’s goods. Allowing self to become self-centered, the best friends may be as outcasts from the entity, and peace and harmony within self be as naught. 3126-1

Yet thou, in thine own self, hast that which may set the world on fire for the Lord; that of sincerity with self. Keep thine heart pure. Thou mayest bring peace and harmony to many by the gentleness of the Christ words through thine own self. 281-19
