This year the Empire B Junior Hockey League will be playing crossover games with the Eastern Ontario Junior B Hockey League.

 The teams will be playing a home and home series with each of the following teams. Athens Aeros, Brockville Tikis, Gananoque Islanders, South Grenville Rangers and the Westport Rideaus.
