This is my fat, Simba. I call her my fat because, well, look at her! She is extremely obese. Which reminds me, I call her "obese" too. I rarely call her Simba. The reason she is named Simba is because when I first got her (my 8th birthday), I was way into the Lion King. I got her from my friend Angela, and Ang said she was a boy. So I was like, "okie dokie, I'll name it Simba." Then we took her to the vet and realized that she was a girl. We didn't want to change her name to Nala, so we left it be. She is very fiesty. If you touch her stomach, she will attack. She purrs very loudly otherwise.

This is Oreo. We didn't intend to find her, she just showed up under our deck. At first she was very shy, and wouldn't come out. But I put out a plate of food, and she ate. I petted her and found her very lovable. At first, we wanted to name her Pharoah. We thought she was a boy. But we took her to the doctor, and found out two things. One, she was a girl. And two, she was pregnant. Since her fur is black, but when you rub it the wrong way, it's white, we named her Oreo. Now we call her "Mama," because she had kittens. She is odd, but very lovable.

These are all 6 of Mama's kittens. They are extremely cute. When they were first born, we didn't know how many there were. Finally we got a count, 6. They looked like tiny otters, with closed eyes. We let them be until they grew into nameable kittens.

This is Messed. Yes, her name is Messed. Guess why. She is messed up. She was the only gray kitten, and she had a very unique pattern of fur. She was always acting like she was blind, and wobbling around aimlessly. We wanted to name all the kittens so we could distinguish them, so we named her Messed. Eventually, she was adopted and renamed "Cutie."

This is Fraidy Cat. She was very scared of a lot of things. In fact, it was hard to catch and hold her. But she was very pretty. She was black with dark orange and brown highlights. She was adopted as well and renamed "Blackie."

This is Oink. He is named Oink because his tail was broken at birth. It was in a curl, like a pig's. He was also cross-eyed. We loved him because he looked so weird, but we had to give him away. At first, the owner wanted to name him "Dusty," but the name "Oink" seemed to stick and now they call him that!

This is Studmuffin. He is all black, and kind of boring. At first, we wanted to keep Fraidy Cat instead of him, but that's not how it worked out. Eventually, we found, he is extremely loving and an excellent kisser. We kept him.

This is Neo. He is the only other kitten that we kept. He is a cream color and he looks like a siamese, but his head is not the right shape and his ears aren't as big as siamese cat's are. He purrs quite loudly, is quite fat, and loves to snuggle.

This is Runt. We named her Runt because she is the smallest of the litter. She was all black as far as I know, and very weak. She didn't eat a lot and didn't play with her brothers and sisters too much. Then one morning, we found she had died during the night.

This is Cleopatra. She is also called Cleo, Clee, Cwee, and Cwee-Whoa. We got her from one of my mom's friend's neighbors. The neighbor has a cat and ALWAYS has kittens. Cleo is skittish and hard to catch, but she is very soft and huggable indeed.

This is Cindy. My dad brought her home one day from his work. She was a beautiful tabby who was amazingly cute and playful. In fact, one day she was caught in dad's truck engine, and almost got her tail cut off! But she came out okay. She was a lap-sitter, of course. One day we heard a moan outside, so we went out to see what it was. It was Cindy, and she was under a bush. What looked like a lick was in the side of her, she was just wet. But she was very cold and barely alive. We took her in, told her we loved her, and arranged to get her put to sleep. On the way to the doctor's, she passed away. She was the only cat we had that we got to bury; she was the only body we had.

These two are Banzai and Ed. We adpoted them from the Animal Shelter. They are twin brothers, and look almost exactly alike. We told them apart from the green and blue collars they wore. Ed was green and Banzai was blue. Banzai was the sort-of laid back one out of the both, while Ed was the crazy one. They wrestled a lot, and were very loving to each other and us. They got stuck in trees many times as well. Then one day, Ed disappeared. A few days later, Banzai was gone as well.

This is Reese's. On a Girl Scout field trip to the Animal Shelter, this cat jumped into our van when we opened the door. Abandoned, they said, was she. We had to adpot her. She was our "Omen." She was our first long haired cat. Not soon after she was fixed, she went outside and never came back. I believe she is the most short-lived cat we ever had.

This is Tom. He was the first cat I ever had. He was a beautiful tabby with a b.b. bullet in his throat. I don't know where he came from. He was large and quiet. He liked to be alone, and he loved to sleep. He grew to be over 12, and was our first cat to disappear.

This is Robbie. We didn't have him for very long. My uncle gave him to us for a while. He was siamese, and acted siamese. He was slinky and odd. But he kept urinating in our vents, so we had to give him away.
