The role of the artist can be to create a new and unique vision of
reality. The artist can conceive a reality with limitless possiblities
with no regard to life's conventional boundries. I am not an artist, I
live within a framework of my own life limitations but every once in awhile,
even I can create.

In 1998, Stevie Nicks released the wonderful box set "Enchanted: The Enchanted Works of Stevie Nicks" which was followed up by a summer tour. This resurgence of her career has been a blessing to herself and her longtime devoted fans (me being one of them) as well as a chance for a new generation to discover this great singer/songwriter. Stevie's new solo album, Trouble in Shangri-La is due out Spring 2001. Once again, Stevie is surrounding herself with the great talents of the day such as Sheryl Crowe, Macy Gray and Sara McLachlan proving she is as timeless as her music.
