2.) Develop a questionnaire to assess the understanding of some group on how technology affects their lives. The questionnaire should have at least ten questions. Groups could be underclass students, parents, teachers, or others.

• Do you use a computer during class to take notes?
• Do you type up homework on your computer
• Do you communicate with schoolmates on an internet oriented program?
• Do you have a computer at home?
• If so, do you have internet access?
• How familiar are you with computer use?
• Do you use computers for entertainment?
• What other things do you use computers for?
• Do you use any educational software on your computer?
