Amenities Explained:
The duplex is a single story building. Each unit is identical and
has 3 bedrooms, professionally designed with quality furnishing
for your comfort and convenience.
Living room:
The great room with dining area is set up brightly and tastefully.
The terrace joins the living room and is equipped with patio
furniture.
Bedroom:
Each of the 3 bedrooms is large and has 2 separate baths.
Baths:
Both
baths are set up with a shower. Linens as well as beach and bath
towels are provided at no additional cost.
Kitchen:
The fully automatic furnished kitchen has a dishwasher, stove,
oven, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, microwave, as well as all
necessary household equipment.
Utility room:
The utility room contains washer and dryer, ironing board, and
flatiron.
All rentals are equipped with stereo set, cable-TV, telephone and
central air conditioning, which you can adjust according to your
wishes.
You will be provided two reserved parking spots for your
vehicles.
But most importantly is the local personal care, that helps you to
organize your vacation as pleasantly as possible. This service is for
