 The “GOLD” Personal Development Programme

There is a great statement which says “In life, you get what you  settle for!”

How many of us have settled for second best? How many of us have looked back on our lives and said “if only….”

When we watch the Olympics, we usually remember the Gold medal winner, usually for many years afterwards. How many people remember the Bronze medal winners or the person who came sixth?

The Bronze medal winner and the person who came sixth were good – very good, but the Gold medal winner was OUTSTANDING!

The GOLD Personal Development Programme has been devised to help people achieve outstanding results in all aspects of their life – so that they too can be GOLD!

How Does the Programme Work?

Based over a twelve month period, we enter into a unique partnership whereby we help each client identify what it is they want to get out of their life and then we devise a strategy that will allow the client to “move on to the next chapter of their lives”. This program is all about personal growth but the client is no longer on their own. They now have a “life coach” to work with them to establish and achieve personal goals, overcome challenges and “take the reins back” in their life!

What is a Life Coach?

Like all professional sportspeople have a coach to guide them towards personal improvement, a Life Coach develops a special relationship with a client to help them focus on achieving their personal goals in life.

Isn’t This Just the Same as Therapy?

No. Therapy usually focuses on one particular problem from a client’s past. With Life Coaching we look at a client’s whole life – starting from the here and now, helping the client grow from where they are now to where they want to be!

Is This a New Idea?

Life coaching has been popular in America for more than ten years and now people in the UK are discovering the benefits for themselves.
