The screen opens up to an arena full of people. Fireworks go off as Sunday Night Showdown's theme music plays loudly over the P.A. system. The fans are screaming and the camera shows all the best signs made by the fans as Joey Styles welcomes the viewers to the show.
JS: Ladies and gentle men good evening and welcome the the premere of the EAW's new show, Sunday Night Showdown!!
KING: There are four matches tonight, and I can't wait to see Booker T and Overlord go at it! And tonight, this is my prediction of the night! Hotshot, will pull off an upset over that no good Black Widow, and show everybody that he's not just some nobody!
JS: Well you may be right King. Also tonight everybody the Undertaker will take on Duke "the Dumpster" Drose, who this week, on mayhem is in that big 6-way match between all the already qualified fighters, in the TV Title tournament.
(Nuclear's music hits over the P.A. system, and as he walks out to the ring, the fans greet him with a respectable pop.) JS: Here comes Nuclear down to the ring, a some what new commer to the EAW, he will try to put one over on a more experienced EAW superstar, Mideon.
("The perfect drug" by NIN plays as Mideon walks out to the ring to the sound of booing fans.)
KING: Wow, these people here are stupid Styles! Here comes Mideon, who's probly going to beat the crap out of this loser Nuclear, and these morons are giving Mideon a standing boovation.
The bell rings and Nuclear goes in slowly twords mideon. Mideon swipes at Nuclear with a punch, but Nuclear takea a half step back, and tackles Mideon. Nuclear begins to pummel mideion once he gets him on the ground. The ref backs Nuclear away from Mideon for using closed fists, and Mideon goes and tackles Nuclear to the ground, and begins pummeling Nuclear, just like he was getting pummeled, seconds ago.
JS: Mideon turns things around.
KING: But now the ref's backing Mideon off, c'mon, just let them fight! JS: This isn't going to get either man anywhere. Mideon and Nuclear edge into the center of the ring, Mideon goes for a knee, but Nuclear delivers a drop toe hold to Mideon as he lifts his leg for the knee. Nuclear jumps up into a headlock, but Mideon powers up and falls back in a belly to back suplex.
JS: Nice reversal by Mideon.
Nuclear rolls back onto his feet as Mideon backs near the ropes, Nuclear runs in as Mideon turns around. Nuclear cloths lines Mideon over the top rope.
KING: Big mistake, turning his back on Nuclear. Nuclear waits for Mideon to get up, then he runs and jumps over the top rope, but Mideon side steps, and Nuclear lands throat first on the steel gaurd rail.
JS: Suicide dive attempt by Nuclear, but Mideon moves, oooh, that's gotta hurt!
KING: See! I tell everybody that Mideon's alot smarter then everyone thinks!
JS: Sure King.
Mideon grabs a hold of Nuclear's arm, and whips him into the steel steps. Mideon walks slowly over and knees Nuclear in the head. But Nuclear turns things around with a low blow. Mideon backs up, and Nuclear gets to his feet. Nuclear grabs ahold of Mideon's head, and bashes it into the apron. Nuclear gets into the ring, bounces off the ropes, and baseball slides twords Mideon, but Mideon moves, pulls Nuclear outside the ring, and nails him right in the face with a punch, then another, and another.
JS: Mideon is really opening up on Nuclear. Mideon grabs a handfull of Nuclear's hair, and then bashes his head off the steel gaurd rail, then throws him into the ring, and follows him in. KING: That a-boy Mideon, fight durty, kick his butt! Mideon gets Nuclear to his feet and whips him into the ropes. Mideon goes for a clothsline, but Nuclear ducks and runs into the ropes again. Mideon turns and Nuclear goes for a clothsline of his own, but Mideon moves, and follows Nuclear into the ropes, he uses the momentum of the ropes and rolls Nuclear back for a roll up pin.
JS: one, two, three!
KING: He got him? .....I mean, oh yea! of corse! He got him! Winner: Mideon via pinfall.
**Commercial for EAW Retaliation plays.** The camera opens back up while Duke "The Dumpster's" music is playing. Dumpster is in the ring.
JS: We're back! Duke the Dumpster is in the ring, and he is awaiting.. the Undertaker.
The undertaker's music plays and the fans cheer as he comes to the ring. He gets into the ring and goes right after Duke with a huge onslaught of fists. Taker backs Duke into the corner and still pummels him. Taker whips Duke into the turnbuckle, Dumpster hits hard, but Undertaker comes running in with a clothsline, then he whips Duke into the other turnbuckle, running in again, but Dumpster lifts hit foot, kicking Taker in the face. Taker stays on his feet, but Dumpster runs in with a clothsline, taking Undertaker off his feet. Duke imediatly drops an elbow down on Taker, then gets up and bounces off the ropes. He comes in and jumps for a leg drop, but taker gets up and Duke falls on his ass. Taker kicks Duke in the head, sending him fully down on his back. Take drops the elbow drop, the gets Duke up by his hair. Taker kicks Dule in the gut, then brings him down for a ddt. Duke starts to get up, rather fast, and Undertaker waits a second, then runs into the ropes. When Duke gets up, Take jumps up for his flying clothsline, but Duke ducks. Taker falls, but both men get up at the same time. Duke runs off the ropes and nails taker with a low knee lift. Duke runs off the ropes again, and comes in with a clothsline. Taker doesn't fall, so duke nails Take with a gut punch, then sets Taker up for a suplex. JS: Text book suplex by Duke Drosse.
Duke turns to see Taker already getting up. Duke waits for him, then scoops ihm up and slams him down, and swiftly drops a knee to the forehead of Taker. Duke climbs the ropes and jumps off for a leg drop, but Taker moves out of the way, then waits for Duke to get up, then grabs his around the neck, sending a slaping sound throughout the arena. KING: Chokeslam comming up!
JS: NO! Duke with a low blow!
Duke runs in off the ropes and goes for a douuble axe handle, but Taker reverses, lifting the Dumpster up for the dreaded tombstone piledriver, but Duke rolls with Taker's own lifting power, and lands on his feet, quickly lifting Taker into a firemans carry, and droping down into a DVD. He goes for the cover, and gets the three.
KING: Well, Duke's got a bit of winning streak going for himself. JS: Let's not forget, Duke's in the TV Title tournament, along with 5 other wrestlers, and there're still two more to qualify. KING: I think that's gonna be a uphill battle for trash boy. JS: Trash boy? His name's Duke, and hell, I think he's got as good a chance as any!

A minute later, Hotshot's music play and he comes to the ring, shortly followed by Black Widow. The bell rings and Black Widow starts Hotshot off with a few swift kicks to the chest, and gut. BW trips HS to the ground, then begins to kick him rapidly while he's down. HS gets up slowly, but BW wont let up, she keeps kicking him.
JS: Wow, Black Widow is really being agressive tonight. KING: Hey, I like that in a woman.
JS: I don't know King, you might be dissapointed, she's not Lilith, and probly wont strip tonight.
KING: Awww, no puppys?
JS:Sorry Jerry.
HotShot catches one of BW's feet, and trips the other, sending her on her back. HotShot swings with her leg and puts BW in a figure four. JS: Great stratigy by HotShot, he sees that her kicks are her prime weapon, so he's got that figure four, and is gonna try to take those kicks away from her.
KING: Hehe! Last week, HotShot tapped out to this move, maybe he's realived how painful it is, and chose to use it as his own. JS: Maybe King.
Widow somhow crawls her way to the ropes. She grabs the bottom rope, and then the second, as HotShot releases the hold. As Hotshot gets to his feet, he walks in twords Widow. Widow jumps up, and delivers a modified headsiccor take over, sending HotShot to the outside. Widow goes off the ropes and baseball slides into HotShot's face. Widow gets into the ring and waits for HotShot. HS gets into the ring and is greeted by a spinning heal kick by Widow. HS gets up, Widow goes for a side kick, but HotShot catches her and punches her in the chest. HotShot then grabs her arm and goes to whip her into the ropes, but she reverses and nails HotShot with a side kick right to the head. HotShot goes down and he hits hard. The crowd says "OOOOH" all in unicine as she kicks him.
KING: (King Shriek)
JS: OH MY! What a kick by Black Widow. The ref checks on HotShot and then calls for the bell. JS:What's the official word?
KING: Well it's a knock-out dumbass.
Winner via knock-out: Black Widow.
**The show goes to commercial. one is a Dr. Pepper comercial featuring Krist "Overlord" Jonsson. Also Lilith cuts a promo/commercial about video tape sales.**
KING: We're back, and if you liked that Overlord Dr. Peppar comercial, see the making of it later this week on EAW.COM! JS:That's right, and if you liked that, you're gonna really like this because our last match of the night features Overlord facing Booker T in a special "Respect Match" between Overlord and Booker T to settle a dispute in the bak between the two.
Booker T comes down to the ring to a pop. Overlord and Deanna comes to the ring together and the fans boo.
JS: Well here comes the biggest ass-hole in the EAW and his sister. KING: HEY! You can't say that!
Overlord goes in and delivers a low knee drop right off to Booker's knee cap. Now the ref calls for the bell, but Overlord is already stomping away on Booker's knee and lower leg. Overlord grabs a hold of the leg and drags Booker T closer to the centerof the ring, the drops down a leg drop to Booker's knee. After Overlord gets up, he puts one foot on Booker's ab area, and flips back, streaching out the hamstring. JS: Overlord is working on that knee alot in the early workings of this match.
Overlord grabs the leg again and applies a step over toe hold and holds it for a few seconds. Booker T kicks Overlord off and kicks up to his feet, the fans give a pop for Booker T, and it electrified him. He begins to punch Overlord repeatedly in the head, then he kicks Overlord in the gut, and grabs him and quickly spins him around for a swinging neck breaker. Booker T shoots up and Overlord gets up rather slow. Booker waits for him and then runs in and axe kicks him in the back of the head before he can get fully to his feet. Overlord goes down and Booker T goes with him. Booker T spins up and the fans cheer loudly. Overlord gets up and Booker goes for a clothsline, but Overlord ducks down and kicks Booker T in the knee again. KING: There, Overlord is again going for that knee. JS: Well, Booker has the obvious size advantage here, and Overlord wants to neutralize that.
Overlord then stands up straight as Booker hunches over to favor the knee. Overlord jumps and grabs ahold of Booker's arm, bringing him down into a Arm Breaker/Diamon Cutter. Overlord gets up, and grabs a handfull of hair, leading Booker up to his feet. Overlord swings the arm around, and goes behind Booker, and drops him down for a reverse ddt. Overlord runs, jumping off the second rope and he comes craching down with a moonsault. Overlord grabs a hanful of hair again, getting Booker to hsi feet quickly. Overlord twists the amr around again, but this time pulls him in not once, but twice for the shoulder block, then he pulls him in a third time and catches him in a belly to belly suplex. As soon as Booker T is down, Overlord runs and climbs up the turnbuckle and delivors the Giant Leap to Booker T.
JS: There's his move!
KING: The Giant Leap by Overlord, the ref counts, one, two, three, it's over! Overlord has beat Booker T.
Winner via pinfall: Overlord The show goes off the air as Overlord and Deanna celebrate in the ring.
