Living in Nebraska has taught me two things what the option is and how much better the SEC is then the Big 12. Look at the Big 12 North you have Kansas, Kansas State, Colorado, Nebraska, and Missouri. All mediocore to good football programs in recent years. Then you look at the Big 12 South Oklahoma,Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, and Baylor. Out of all those programs only Baylor is really the joke. Isn't it time for the Big 12 commisioner to realize that the North is heavily overmatched against the South. Do not give me the the Kansas State-Oklahoma Big XII championship game in 2003. The North as a whole is horrible compared to the South. When I first moved to Neraska in the middle of the 2002-2003 season all I heard about was the rivalry between Nebraska and Oklahoma but they don't even play every year. Maybe it's time to do something crazy a major shakedown of powers in the Big XII. In 2004 Nebraska had a clear cut way to go to the Big XII championship but they fell out to Iowa State. I say it's finally time to let Baylor out of the Big XII (that is the only pancake team left) get rid of them and replace them with TCU, Utah, or even branch out towards BOise State. Those teams would at least provide competition. The Big XII divisions also need to have a shakedown of events. Two of the so-called biggest rivalries in the Big XII are the Oklahoma-Nebraska one and the Oklahoma-Texas one. The only way for both of those games to happen is if you install a rivarly game rotation where you play your rival every year and rotate the other conference games around it. If the divisions were up to me the divisions would look like this:

I realize that there is more at stake here then just having a more balanced league there is a problem with travel or with rivalry games take place.
