My Grandma makes me Chinese Custards when I come to her house. It is a very common dessert in Chinese Cafes and is very delicious.

Chinese Custard

You will need these ingredients to make Chinese custard:

Salt, Cup of water, 1/4 cup of flour

For the custard's center, which is made up of egg:

3 eggs, a cup of milk, a cup of sugar

There are two parts to the recipe:

For the outside of the custard:

Mix the salt and flour together and press into a ball. Then flatten into a flat surface. Cut the flat dough into circles. Put this in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then take out the flat dough and shape them into cups. Heat this in the oven for 6 minutes

For the custard:

Mix together the eggs, milk, and sugar in a bowl. Take out the dough you made and pour the egg mix into the dough. Heat for 15 minutes, and you have a delicious Chinese custard!

This recipe makes 12 custards. It is the perfect food to serve guests and is very sweet. It can also be served with lai-cha, which is a combination of milk and tea. +
