9.12.02-- Okay, so this is how horrible i am... i was just looking over the site, rereading some of my stuff to get back into the whole "posting and writing" swing of things, when i realized that i didn't have Chapter 5 of Some Vacation This Turned Out to Be posted. and uh... *looking guilty* ...yeah... i've had that one done for about 3 months now, if not more. god, do i suck or what? but in my defense, i could have sworn that i had posted that. please, someone e-mail me and tell me that i'm not going insane. i swear, it was up there. sigh. anyways, if in fact, i did somehow completely mess up and not post it (which is probably the case, knowing me!) i'll have it up by the end of the weekend at the latest, barring any strange happenings like lost disks and whatnot. i've been so busy moving into the new apartment that i haven't even looked at my computer disks. that's a box that i haven't unpacked yet, and i'm a little nervous. gulp. anyways, sorry again for not posting that chapter. hopefully it will be up by the end of the weekend. thanks again for your patience guys! you're the best. --katlin
9.09.02-- Hey all, long time no see. sorry about that. things are crazy right now with school and all the other fun stuff college life entails. ...when is it summer time again!?!? anyways, i have to apologize because i'm still waiting to get all of my stuff from washington... (long story. let's just say that sleeping on an air mattress on the floor was not part of the orginal plan.)... at any rate, point of the story being that i don't have ready access to a computer, and am therefore at the mercy of the great college computer lab at UNL. *insert eye rolling here* but don't think i've forgotten you guys. i've done a ton of stuff in notebooks, so as soon as i get a chance, there is going to be a virutal diluge of chapters. thanks for being so patient with me, i totally appreciate it! --katlin
8.15.02-- Okay, so things in my life are crazy right now, and unfortunately, that means that things here are going to be pretty crazy for awhile too. For any of you that don't know (or any of you that really care...)i'm in the process of moving cross country, so things are not as calm as i would like. i'm going to be computerless for awhile, so it may take me a little longer than normal to answer my e-mails. sorry about that... but i promise that i will answer them as soon as possible. anyways, i posted Chapter 7 of Making Enemies so go check that out. hopefully that'll tide you guys over for awhile. i also tweaked the ending to Chapter 6. nothing big, not story altering or anything that drastic, but i think it sounds better now. anywho... i've gotta go pack the rest of my crap so that i can leave this afternoon. wish me luck! --katlin
8.09.02-- I *finally* found a song that i liked for Chris' song fic, and so now, i am finally, finally done with the five songfic series. And it's about time, if i do say so myself. 7.30.02-- I finally posted Chapter 6 of Making Enemies so go check it out! I'm working on getting the next chapter of Some Vacation This Turned Out to Be out as quickly as possible. It's still in the works, but should be out soon. Debating putting out the new story i'm working on because i'm afraid i'd be multitasking a *bit* too much with that... what do y'all think? Also, i'm looking to get an update list going... e-mail me and let me know if you think i should. =) i just want to say thanks to everyone that's signed the guestbook and/or e-mailed me about my site. you guys are awesome; i love to hear from you! anyways, enjoy the update... --katlin

6.23.02--- Hey, long time no see, huh? *looking guilty* umm... yeah... i'm back... despite valiant efforts from the computer gods. they were the ones that put the hex on my computer that caused it to crash and erase everything. i hate the computer gods. but i finally got it all back, and am happy to say that i am back to being hard at work. not only am i working on a new chapter of Some Vacation This Turned Out to Be, but i've also got a new story in progress. i have no clue what i'm going to call it, but i'm about thirty pages into it. after some editing, it should be posted up here, so keep an eye out for that. ...besides that, i just wanted to say thanks to anyone who kept checking back looking for updates. hopefully you won't be disappointed in the weeks to come. --katlin
12.30.01 --- Okay, so am I on a roll or what? I posted Chapters 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Making Enemies and two new shorts - Crossing the Threshold and Misguided Angel. I also added a Links page too. So go take a look and let me know what you think! Like I said before, hopefully I'll get everything converted to .html and posted soon. I'm in the process of writing another chapter of Some Vacation This Turned Out to Be and Making Enemies so hopefully I'll get everything else up and you'll see those up here soon.
