Planet NamekURL: http://www.planetnamek.com/ Date of Creation: November, 1998 Introduction: Heh, like this site actually needs an introduction. This is definitely, without a shadow of a doubt, the most popular DBZ site on the internet today. Over two years of experience and still going strong. Heck, they even host other sites, each of which are an ever-present force in the DBZ community. Examples include the Brian Drummond Mini-Shrine, Ginga GIRI GIRI and Kienzan's Edge. Many more have passed through their doorway before, too, including Akire's DBD, DBZ Cracked, DB: The Ultimate Passion, The Other Dimension and even down to hosting some of EX's old files. Yes, believe it, baby! It's Planet Namek!
Review Navigation: It's pretty forward. Not much to master here at all. A simple, yet attractive list of sections on the far left side and you're cruising like never before! They recently added more flair to the background so, that gives them a couple points. Still not flashy enough for me, sorry to say. Originality: This is a break-through site. They started a lot of standard stuff that you see on so many sites nowadays. I'll give 'em extra credit... Personality: Not much emotion. Although MrE is getting more humorous, he used to just say his updates and be gone...now there are a couple jokes here and there. Not as much as I'd like but, oh well. I always look forward to Kaio's updates, he's got character! ^^ Effort: It shows here! Lots of effort was put into this site and you can really tell. If they don't get an update done, you know they're working very hard on it! Heck, if you update everyday, that's a little sign. Come to think of it, that's probably why this site gets most of its hits, because you can go on at anytime of the day and there's something new to read about.
