Were I a wish granted
Would ask for death gladly
Destinys muse no longer enchanted
Life, just another existence sadly
I ask not the world a sullen mood
Nor would I augur arguments
Yet why are people oh! so rude
Why their unfaithful caustic comments
I asked not questions any
But explanations they could demand
Lifes moments are not many
Why to suffocation then emotions
remand
I do not want to justify
Neither would I want to know
Though to really live one must defy
And let this sapling grow
I will not run nor would I hide
I cannot let death haunt me
I will by love now abide
No one can ever taunt me
The rising sun shall I greet with
glee
The moon I shall smile at
Every flower will bloom with me
