An Adventure
65 Million Years in the Making
Sam as Dr. Alan Grant
|
|
Here is Sam as Dr. Alan Grant. He and
Ellie Sattler(Laura Dern), the
paleobotanist are on a dig. That thing
Sam is holding is a claw from a raptor.
This is the movie where I discovered my
attraction to Sam Neill. His character
is the man of my dreams. A nice person,
who is enthusiastic about his work and
later in the movie he is very good with
the kids. What a guy! One of the cutest
scenes is where Dr. Malcolm
(Jeff Goldblum) asks if Alan and Ellie
are together.

Dr. Grant's dream come true
|
|
When the visitors come across a sick
Triceratops Dr. Grant is stunned that he
actually gets to see one as it was his
lifelong impossible dream. Dr. Sattler
examines the dinosaur dung to try to
find out why the triceratops is sick.
Malcolm says to Grant "She's very
tenacious..." and Grant replies "You
have no idea." I laugh at that line
every time!

Feeding the Vegi-saurus
|
|
After the power is shut down and the
T-rex attacks, our Sam very bravely
takes charge of protecting the children.
Here they have decided to rest in a
tree. Some hungry brachiosaurus come
around and the group feeds them some
leaves.
When I was in school, all plant eating
dinos with long necks were called
brontosaurus but this is no longer the
case. Check out my links page for more
info on dinos! This is a great big
action adventure film. If you need some
excitement and want to be fascinated by
special effects, see this movie!
Our Sam couldn't be cuter and the show
will keep the whole family entertained!
