Elkhorn-Waterloo Assembly #38
International Order of Rainbow for Girls

Welcome to Our Rainbow Page

Elkhorn-Waterloo Assembly #38 is located in Elkhorn, Nebraska, and sponsored by Waterloo Lodge #102, and Luna Chapter #169. To join us please contact us at our e-mail address below.

Rainbow is a character building and service organization for girls 11-20 sponsored by Masonic Lodges, Order of the Eastern Star, or Amaranth.

The lessons we teach are symbolized by the seven colors of the Rainbow. Red-Love, Orange-Religion, Yellow-Nature, Green-Immortality, Blue-Fidelity, Indigo-Patriotism, and Violet-Service. We believe that if a girl follows these lessons, while guided by Faith, trusting in Hope, and practicing Charity to all, that we will find the Pot of Gold.

We encourage our members to be active in their churches, schools, and community. Our members learn self-confidence, public speaking and leadership skills. They meet girls from other areas of their communities, state, and country by attending functions of other local assemblies, at Grand Assembly held each year, and at Supreme Assembly held every two years.

The pages contained in this site will give you information about our Assembly and what we do. If you are a Rainbow Girl, we hope you will find new Rainbow friends. If you are not a member of Rainbow, and like what you learn about us, you can contact us by sending an e-mail message, going to the "Rainbow Around the World" page to locate an Assembly near you, or contact Supreme Assembly .
