Kansai ChauChau is free! [No membership required, No strings attached.] Without regards to personal background or nationality, you can use it freely to chat, advertise your businesses (USING BANNERS IF POSSIBLE) and put notices on the notice board, Memo Pad and Q & A section. However, the WEBMASTER has the right to delete any content from any of the board that is unsuitable for public reading. We advice you that it is optional to show your mail address on the notice board for your viewers.

	特定の人物・団体・国家を誹謗・中傷する内容	messages/comments or speaking against specific group(s) or individual(s) (social or political).
	詐欺的行為	Fraudulent contents
	過剰な個人情報の公開	Excessive personal content ( Please try to make your content short ) could be deleated.
	その他、主催者が不適格と認めた行為及び内容	Indecent and vulgar languages will be immedaitely deleated.

1	チャットルーム内での発言や、掲示板の内容はあくまでも個人の良心に従ってその裁量にゆだねられます。 掲載情報を利用する方 は、自己責任において十分注意の上、利用して下さい。 The sender of any message or content on the message board or in the chat room must hold himself/herself responsile for any result or response. We are not responsible for any claims for comments made in the chat room or on the message boards.
2	各種の交渉は、あくまでも個人の責任においてして下さい。主催者は事後のトラブルには、一切関与致しませんのでご了承ください。 We are not responsible for any negotiation or agreement between party or parties that takes place in the chat room or on the notice boards. Any trouble or misunderstanding that arises is to be settled between the parties involved.
3	リサイクルなどの情報掲載者は、引き合いがあった時点で速やかに対処してください。引き合いが無い場合を除いて、掲載情報の 放置は固く禁じます。 Contents on "recycling" and other similar messages and clasified ads, must be replied to imediately. Do not leave messages on the notice board for a lengthy time. ( Note: you can later delete your messge by entering a delete password (4 digits) in the[ DEL#] space when sending your mesage.)
4	チャットルームをナンパ目的だけに使用する事はお断り致します。特に金銭を絡めての交際に発展させることは注意してください。また、チャットルームで知り合った相手とデートする場合は慎重に しましょう。特に女性の場合は、不用心にならないようにして下さい。 We Prohibit any fake business transaction and fradulent business negotiation; and use of digital numbers to identify yourself on the notice boards. Also be careful of suspicious date requests from strangers you meet in the chat room.
