I have conferred with Bruce Currin regarding your request for documents and for a delay in the hearing date. we will provide the documents that you requested. Since I am out of town almost all of this week, I cannot begin to assemble the documents until Friday afternoon. Thus, we cannot supply the documents until Monday, October 4th. After providing you with the documents, you will have at least 7 days to prepare a response to my letter.
On October 4th, we will establish a date for the hearing.
