RE: Dr. Darrell Nelson Grievance

On March 9, 2000, Suzanne Drew contacted me and stated that she was extending the due date of your report to March 27, 2000. Although I have not seen this in writing, I assume that your report is still due on March 27, 2000. At this late date I doubt if you are going to have time to interview me, as I had hoped for in my letter of March 9, 2000.

Therefore I will not have the opportunity to provide you with the three additional audio tapes of meetings(s) and phone conversation(s) that are unique to this grievance and not part of the record in the Dr. Helmuth grievance. I also will not be able to be certain you had an opportunity to review the "entire 160+ page bound volume or the additional handouts I provided at the time of my corrective action hearing, or verify what other information, if any, that has been misplaced.

If you have not had an opportunity the review the report on the Dr.Helmuth grievance, that the Chancellor rejected, a copy is attached as a HTML file. All in all, thank you for your time and effort in this process.
