RE: GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE REPORT AS TO MR. GERALD BIBY

Dear Dr. Moeser:

Mr. Gerald Biby has contacted our office relative to his grievance against Dr. Don Helmuth, Director of Technology Transfer Office and Associate Vice Chancellor for Research. Mr. Biby is currently on suspension from his position as Technology Transfer Coordinator for the Industrial Agricultural Products Center.

Mr. Biby has provided our office with a copy of the Grievance Committee Report regarding this matter. The Report submitted to you on October 11, 1999 strongly recommended Mr. Biby's reinstatement, as well as other corrective actions.

We encourage your giving serious consideration to the Report of the Grievance Committee and ask that we be notified as to your final determination.
