Jesse Kiefer has trained under James Rosenbach since December of 1992. Mr. Kiefer is Head Instructor for the RWTB Headquarters located in Fremont , NE. He manages the RWTB.ORG and the Facebook group updating the site whenever he isn’t walking his dog.
