Matt is the eldest in the family. He is almost twenty one (Lucy in "The Tattle Tale Heart") and goes to a nearby collage. He is very protective of his little sisters and brothers, although they don't always want him to. He lives out of the house this season, sharing an apartment with John. He's decided what he wants to do in life, he's going to become a doctor. Recently his girlfriend Shana left to fullfill her dream of becoming a doctor. Matt is trying to let go of her and struggling.
