Delivery Time

Our product selections have been created to cater to customers serious about
their dogs. In stock items will be shipped out within 7 business days. We also
offer special orders, custon designs, and if this is the case, please allow us 2-3
weeks for processing and delivery. Contact us if you have an immediate shipping
need. Overnite or express mail is also available at an additional cost. Every
attempt will be made to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible!

immediate shipping need and we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
Occasionally, items are made to order. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of
receipt. Please notify us, we may ask for a picture of the item. We
will send an exchange or credit you for the item minus shipping/handling.
