Exchange and Cancellations Disclaimer

Returns: If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with, please let us know and we will send an exchange or credit you for the item minus shipping/handling. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Apparel: Please measure your pet to be accurate when placing an order. Most returns are made because people guess on the size of their dog. If you are ordering an item for a puppy and the item takes 3 weeks for delivery you may wish to purchase the next size up since puppies grow quickly. If you do return an article of clothing, please remove any hair before shipping it back. If we smell dog or can't remove the hair on any apparel, we will not accept the return

Cancellations: Because the majority of our items are made to order we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed

Any cancellations will incur a 20% restock fee and shipping fees

To cancel a transaction, we must receive a cancellation in writing via fax or mail to be effective. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the sale (less a 20% restock fee & shipping/handling) will be returned within 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of your cancellation notice. If you cancel, you must make available to Nina's Dog Designs, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this sale (by refusing the shipment), or you may, if you wish, return the goods at your expense.
