Cougar 2000.

Guernsey's Favourite Fun Fly (even I've got one) and this one's come a cropper. Big Time. Unfortunatley, you'll have to make do with these pictures...it didn't last long enough to get any of it in one piece. It used to be Nick Vining's, but he sold it to Thomas because he had nothing else to fly; his Chilli Breeze was out of action, and his Spindoctor was nowhere near finished.

So, what you are all asking is "How did it ebd up in that mess?" Well, if you don't know, he was prophanging, the elevator touched the ground and the clevis came off the horn at the back, he opened the throttle, it did a big loop, and clumpped the runway flat out. Nice. Or not. You decide.

It was a bit of a shame, as he now had nothing to fly again. But that didn't last long. Since this mishap, he got the Chilli Breeze going again, then he built a new fuselage and wing centre-section for this, which wobbles, and he's got the Spindoctor going too. So now he has 2 and a half flyable planes, plus a Mosquito Basic that needs a new tail-rotor hub.

Sorry Thomas, but it had to be done.
