
So, another Ready 2. There are now about 6 in Guernsey but what happened to this one makes it 5. It had an 80 sized 4-stroke (not sure what make).
Nick put it into a dive intending to throttle back and do a snap roll. Instead, for some reason the throttle wouldn't cut so he instinctively triwed to pull out of the dive. I bet you can guess what happened next can't you? The left wingtip introduced itself to the right wingtip and the whole lot introduced itself to the beach...and it wasn't hanging around. We got to the aftermath and started picking up bits...of servos!!
Of course, the moral of the story is don't fly a Ready2 like a delta and pull high-G manouvres with it. It was quite funny though.
