A Warrior's 21 rule Discipline Theory:


1. The way you train is the way you fight - DON'T PULL BACK!

2. NEVER set your self in one spot, constantly move around!

3. Always redirect his attacking weapons, NEVER allow your opponent to attack you head on!

4. Develop listening skills, be aware, able to respond automatically.

5. Place your opponent where you want him. Test his reactions. Fake and feint to judge his responses. After a while it's like pulling strings on a puppet.

6. NEVER change what works!

7. Learn what you want to learn, but NEVER close your mind to something different.

8. Set goals, but NEVER limts!

9. Respect YOUR judgement, you cannot fool yourself.

10. Take defeat as a process of learning.

11. NEVER downgrade yourself by thinking negatively.

12. If you lose, figure out why and find the techniques that will help you win next time. (physical or mental)

13. A secret to a martial artist, is to control one's anger in combat.

14. There is no time for being old fashioned. One must always progress.

15.Learn to train your mind ahead of your body.

16. Don't try to be as good as someone else. STRIVE TO BE BETTER!

17. The way you train is the way you react.

18. You learn by doing.

19. Make all your weapons as one.

20. At first, sacrifice speed for accuracy. Speed will come when your reactions become smooth and accurate. Speed will be achieved unwittingly.

21. Balance is easily broken when the center of gravity is over the lead toes or the rear heel, or when the nose is off of the center line!
