I ran several races, and upon my first competitive experience, I quickly learned that my focus must be fixed upon the goal. Just a quick glance changed my outcome. I lost my first, first place ribbon. I learned a valuable lesson that day which carries over into my own spiritual life. LOOK UNTO JESUS.

A runner becomes trained far beyond his own capabilities in order to stretch himself for the next event. We called it blood , sweat, and tears. It is not easy, but the goal became fixed in our minds, far in advance of the race. The race became the result,and the result became manifested from the investment.
