Capitol Image Resource

CIR, when launched, will consist of several websites that are similar to AnimeCapitol, but themed differently.

Fantasy Capitol, Pose Capitol, 3d Capitol, and Model Capitol are already in the works.

You can expect each one to hold up to - and surpass the standards set by my first endeavor, Anime Capitol. They will be designed specifically for the purposes of the Artist and Cyber Image Collector alike - And of course, Free.
