We are a small farm/kennel situated on 12 acres. We are located just outside Sulfolk, VA. This is near the Great Dismal Swamp. Our residence is located in Corapeake, NC. We have been involved in breeding / showing dogs for 15 years.

The Bullmastiff caught our fancy in 1999 and has grown into a big part of our lives. Impressed by this gentle giant with such a wonderful temperament, personality and looks, we purchased our first Bullmastiff, Maple. We have been hooked ever since!

Our goal is to have healthy and sound Bullmastiffs with great temperaments. We believe in quality and strive for excellence in our breeding program.
When we have puppies our primary goal is to place them in the best pet and show homes possible where they live out the rest of their lives healthy and happy.

OUR LITTERS

PETS
When we have litters, pet puppies are sold on spay/neuter contracts with limited registration. This means the puppies cannot be bred or shown according to AKC rules of Limited Registration. Pups must be spayed or neutered by age 1 year and we are to be notified with a copy of the spay/neuter procedure from the veterinarian.

SHOW/BREEDING PUPS
Pups sold on a show contract have to be finished to an AKC Championship prior to being bred. Breeding must be approved by Breeder. We, as breeders, like to protect our bloodline. Unfortunately there are many people out looking to make a profit, rather than the integrity of the breed.

HOW OUR PUPS ARE RAISED
Our puppies are raised in a family environment, in the house, under foot. They have lots of love and socialization.

PLACING OUR PUPS
Our pups are placed to approved homes no earlier than 8 weeks of age. They are vet checked, have had their first vaccination and worm check. Pups will be started on Interceptor for heartworm preventative, and micro chipped for their protection.
