As of midnight, May 15, no response (including email, telephone) has been received.   In spite of agreeing to face Murdoch, and many attempts to have Frayer or Tener publicly or formally acknowledge acceptance and agree to show for the fight---They have not done so.  Tener and Frayer have become "invisible", unseen and unheard (quite a contrast from Frayer's statement about looking for the "next victim".)

A STATEMENT FROM TORI MURDOCH

David Frayer and Richard Tener have failed to stand behind their word to face the consequences of their actions and face me in the ring. Due to a concrete date being necessary to reserve the gym and time arrangements necessary for my corner team to travel out of state-- I will now turn my attention to real opponents.  This fight was to be nothing but a warm up for me in terms of competition, but I wanted to fight for the principle of the matter.  Obviously Frayer, and Tener, are much more comfortable in speaking rather than acting.  They are much more at ease in "preaching", rather than practicing.  I hope this can serve as an eye opening experience to anyone considering joining Tener and Frayer's version of "integrity".
Peace and blessings to all who have supported me.

Tori Murdoch will return to the ring to face David Frayer in a full contact kickboxing match to be held at George's Boxing Arena in Asheville, North Carolina. The date for this bout will be announced in the near future. David Frayer has agreed to face Murdoch, (according to his handler Richard Tener), after Murdoch sent a formal request for the match to Tener.

The fight is being set in response to a severe foul committed by Frayer on Mr. Murdoch December 8, 2001 while Frayer was formally testing before an ATF panel of judges for his second degree recommended/decided black belt.  While in a clinch, Frayer held Murdoch behind the neck and threw a knee into Murdoch's face resulting in a tripod fracture around Murdoch's eye.

Murdoch - Frayer Fight in Trouble?

David Frayer was spotted recently at a grocery store.  In contrast to statements made by Richard Tener that Frayer was training very hard, he appeared to have swelling around his face consistent with characteristics of edema.  In recent communication by email, Tener alluded to the notion that he would not be in Frayer's corner for the fight: rather he would like to watch if the fight should come together.  Furthermore, he was not sure of Frayer's intentions on following through with the fight at this point, although he has said he is still up for it.
