About the Tang Soo Do Martial Arts Society The Tang Soo Do Martial Arts Society is a brotherhood of Independent Tang Soo Do schools and instructors, which serves to lend support and guidance to the member schools, while allowing them to maintain their independence. The organization was originally incorporated in December of 2001, under the Michigan Tang Soo Do Group, but the name was changed to Tang Soo Do Martial Arts Society in 2003. The organization is headed by Master Dave Zacker, 6th Dan, and it's functions are overseen by the Council of Masters, of which Master Plyler is a member.
