I am an artist because I really come alive expressing my creative side in a physical form.  The decorative qualities of color, pattern and abstract and figurative shapes combined with the tactile qualities of fabric fascinate me.  Fabric can be manipulated and embellished as two dimensional wall art and as three dimensional art dolls who can be further sculpted with threads and beads. Spontaneity of design, humor, and a strong color sense characterize my work.
