If I have the room and can foster your cat or dog, the fee for placement will be $25 per animal provided it is spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations. I will get the adoption fees. I will need all vet records of your animal before the placement.
If the animal is NOT spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations, the fee for placement will be $100, and I will get the adoption fees. A copy of the vet record will be sent to you directly.
If I do not have the room and can only place your animal while you keep him or her in your home until a new home is found, the fee will be $25 per animal. You will get the adoption fees.
Ideally, your pet should already be neutered or spayed and current on vaccinations. Cats should have been tested for FeLV and FIV, and dogs should have been tested for heartworms. This makes it much easier to place your companion!
When you place your animal with me or when I begin to find a new home for him or her, I will work tirelessly to ensure that only the best placement is found. For each adoption, I require the following from prospective owners:

I make sure that the new owner is aware of the fact that for any reason, he may return the animal to me.
You are welcome at any time to have any or all of the information about the new owners. You may also continue to write or call me to see how the animal is doing in the new home.
