We went out and got one of the best young fowards the league has to offer. The whole city of Dallas is ready to see the combo of Mashuburn and K-Mart take over the west.

Dallas makes the biggest move of the season for them. Dirk is out, and now we have got in Jamal Mashburn. Mashburn averages 20+ a game and should be the leading scorer for the Mavs.
The trade also got Dallas 25 million to go out and spend on players in the auction and a 1st round draft picks. If only now they could go out in get a qaulity center or guards, then move some draft picks to a younger team, they could be a serious contender for the title. |
