~Hi, My Name Is Paul & Welcome To My Photo Album!~

Here's A Little About Me. I was from San Antonio, Texas, but, I moved to North Carolina back in May of 2000. I'm Mentally Disabled. I was a rubella baby and I now have minimal brain damage along with Organic Brain Syndrome from birth and slight retardation, learning disabled, A.D.H.D., arthritis, deaf in left ear, scoliosis of the spine and regurgitation of the heart.
