Thank you for wanting to know a little bit about my buisness and I! I have lived in Wilmington with my husband Rick and our two daughters, Johanna and Avery since graduation from college in 1983. I first became a licensed Realtor in November 1990 and a licensed Real Estate Broker in March 1992. During this time I have sold and marketed hundreds of properties. I hold the professional designation of G.R.S., CRS and a Mirm candidate. I live by the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." While intensely serious about my work, I also believe the buying and selling process can be FUN! I am a giver and do feel I can make a difference. I give of myself because I can!
