Welcome!
We are the International Cake Explorations Societe guys and gals of North Carolina. Our purpose is to introduce and promote cake decorating, sugar art, candy making, etc. to the people of North Carolina. We are a fun supportive group that meets approximately 8 times a year. We also sponsor classes and shows. We welcome everyone from beginners to professionals interested in the edible arts.
