Welcome! We are the International Cake Explorations Societe guys and gals of North Carolina. Our purpose is to introduce and promote cake decorating, sugar art, candy making, etc. to the people of North Carolina. We are a fun supportive group that meets approximately 8 times a year. We also sponsor classes and shows. We welcome everyone from beginners to professionals interested in the edible arts. Turn left on Walnut Street after you pass the South Hills Mall on right. Travel on Walnut Street about 1.2 miles to 3rd traffic light and turn left at traffic light on Tyron Road. Travel on Tryon Road about .4 mile to 2nd traffic light, which will be Yates Mill Pond Road and turn right on Yates Mill Pond Road. Go about .2 mile to Swift Creek Community Center, which will be on the right side. FROM CHARLOTTE - GREENSBORO AREAS I-85 N TO I-40 E TO Exit 293A and then follow directions from above. Travel about 7 miles on Tyvola Road/Fairview Road to Providence Road. Turn right on Providence Road. At the first light, turn left.
