Greetings to all Marines, Associates, families and friends of the Great Mideast Division.

First, I would like to thank everyone who supported the Division elections at our National Convention. The amount of votes cast shows the Division is committed to getting everyone involved and having a say in how we will continue to make this the best Division possible. By continuing to work together, COMMUNICATING, and associating with other Detachments, Departments and Divisions to exchange ideas WITHOUT CRITICISM, we will make this happen.

Recruiting and Retention (R&R) are extremely important and should be addressed by everyone. We can and will continue to grow, however, it takes TIME!! I understand how busy WE are with the pace of society today. In setting a goal of R&R one Marine at a time, we will make a huge difference.

I look forward to seeing all of you. I plan on attending a Department Meeting in each state, all National MCL functions, and where circumstances permit, I will attend other League events and functions. I am also available thru e-mail and phone.
