As the the word "hurt" echos out, we open Inside the arena, somewhere at the very back in a dark secluded area. Some ECE Equiment lays around up against walls and on floors here and there, As the camera makes its way through the mess left from the production crew, it manages to stumble upon Chris Benoit sitting on the floor, still in his wrestling tights and head lowered resting on his hands, Benoit sits facing the ground of the cold and dark area.
[ CHRIS BENOIT ] I told you...I warned you that stepping in the ring with me like that was only going to end up in one situation, there was only going to be one outcome if you had followed through with the sick little fantasy that you had planned inside that twisted head of yours but you didn't listen...You thought you knew best, you thought you knew me better than you thought. When it was all said and done Rob, You like everyone else underestimated the Canadian Crippler but like all the rest you learned the hard way. I left you in a world of hurt, the same world of hurt you left me in that night you gave me the Five Star Frog Splash.
Benoit turns his head but the side of his head now rests in his hands, as he looks on he has a dark look in his eyes a look of entensity. Burning deep down into his soul Benoit seems to be still living with what went down .
[ CHRIS BENOIT ] It's over, You're over Rob...You will no longer exist in my world. As Benoit laughs it echos around off the walls and gives a somewhat creepy feel to the whole situation. Benoit brings his hands away from his head and clasps both hands together just away from his head, his focus does not go away from the camera as it settles back onto his face, if anything he becomes more focused on what he's going to say.
[ CHRIS BENOIT ] That's right, i said Maple Leaf Wannabe because that all you ever will be aslong as we're around. As much as you hope to proove yourself to the rest of us it just ain't going to happen and i'll tell you why, it's because we only pick the best when it comes to Canadians and it would be nothing short of an insult if we were to let someone of your stature join our faction....That's why we KICKED YOUR ASS OUT! It would be an outrage to all true canadian if you were allowed within our ranks, Why? i hear you ask again...well that's real easy like i said we only let the best join our ranks and when it came down to it and when it does come down to it we'd rather have Chris within our ranks than you, atleast he knows what it's like to believe in something....You on the otherhand live and breathe the american way of life, you value entertainment more than true wrestling ability.
Getting up onto his knees benoit does not break his concentration with the camera, he grinds his teeth together which shows his jaw bones flexing at the side of his face, the thought of Christian within The Maple Leafs clearly turns his stomach. Slowly closing his eyes and then reopening them again benoit begins to speak once again.
[ CHRIS BENOIT ] I'm ashamed to even say your canadian, the canadian people are ashamed to say you're canadian. Your own family must be ashamed to even admit being related to you, you're nothing but a sell out. You have done nothing but bring shame on your family since the day you were concieved. I bet all your childhood heroes where american too, i bet that's why you've picked up such core values. You've learned nothing the Canadians have taught you....But you will learn something this canadian has to teach, you will learn the true meaning of Hurt The same hurt that not so long ago my old friend RVD felt...The Hurt that can only be given when locked into the Crippler Crossface
Leaning back and sitting on his heels, benoit suddenly gestures with both hands the snapping of someones bone or bones... clearly showing Christian what will happen to his shoulder or arm once locked into the Crippler Crossface. As He does the gesture benoit looks at his hands before him and suddenly gets a quite insane look of his eyes, a look of pleasure that most people wouldn't get at someone breaking a bone or bones.
[ CHRIS BENOIT ] That's what will happen...That's what you'll experience once i get you locked in, you'll tap out harder than you've ever tapped in your life, the pain that will surge through your body will be nothing you've ever came across in your life...Nothing but a small price to pay for your disloyalty to not only this canadian, but all canandians around the world who value where it is they came from and where it is the learned all that has set them right in this world. For them they will see justice in my action towards you. I will take great pleasure in being the man who gives you your just deserts for what can only be described as treason to our beautiful country and motherland that is Canada.
Benoit gets to one knee, very slowly titling his head back down but only down low enough to look up through his eye brows. The Sick look of pleasure fades as the look of determination returns to his brow. Looking into his eyes you can see that he can't wait to step in the ring, as if monday night will not come quick enough for the Canadian crippler as he's ready to go right now.
[ CHRIS BENOIT ] Christian don't turn around and do what you have become accustomed to and pretend like this isn't ringing through your mind, don't turn as soon as a camera get's close enough and make a big joke about this. You know that everything i've spoken off is true....You want to be a true canadian and apart of the Maple Leafs?....Then just try....
