Low? Without a doubt, alot of people would agree with what happened to Chris Benoit. Just as he was celebrating,he was attacked. Did we hear Chris Benoit, a man of incredible pride and passion for the business, piss and moan about being beaten? No. Benoit knows deep down, that tactics like that are necassary to leave him vulnerable. But this week, he faces 3 top teams, and a man who is willing to do anything to get to the top. For this week, he faces Harlem Heat, Jeff Hardy & New Jack and America's Most Wanted! Well now they face the biggest team there is, he faces the Crippler and The Nature Boy. And for a man who spent 18 years battling to be the best, that doesnt sit to well. So this week, four teams who are obsessed with winning will meet......and we will see who's path will lead them to glory. This week at nitro!.....Chris Benoit and Ric Flair take on Jeff Hardy & New Jack, Harlem Heat, and America's Most Wanted for the WCW Tag Team Championship!

The camera's open up, inside Chris Benoit's locker room. The huge room, with a nice, leather sofa, big TV, potted plants etc. are what you would expect for a horsemen's locker room. But all of them things remain untouched. On the other side, we can see Chris Benoit, taping his wrists, as he sits on the chair backwards, so his arms rest on the back of the chair. Behind him. He tightly secures the tape around his wrist, and begins to speak.

||Chris Benoit||People have always asked me......Chris....when you have someone in the crossface, do you ever feel guilty about the pain you cause? The amount of times Ive been asked that question........by now you would think they know the answer. I FEEL NOTHING! For the past 18 years, I have been making people submit, I have been rupturing shoulders and breaking necks. Have I ever onced stopped to say that I feel guilty? Have I ever released the Crossface before I needed to? No.....I havent. Do you know why? Because I enjoy it. I enjoy watching my opponent scream, I enjoy watching them beg. And then I enjoy watching them TAP! Does that make me a monster? Does that make me a twisted human being? NO......IT MAKES ME THE BEST! It shows that I am willing to do anything to make sure I remain the BEST DAMN TECHNICAL WRESTLER IN THE WORLD TODAY! And right now, I am destined to become Tag Team Champion, and noone will stop me. So the way I see it, every damn injury I had to cause, every neck I had to snap.....WAS WORTH IT!

Benoit breaks the tape, and with an intense expression on his face, he slowly begins to tape his other wrist.

||Chris Benoit||This week......I have to face 3 top teams including AMW. A team who claims to be true champions, because they beat a few nobodies. AMW, before you were even competing, I was in ECW making a name for myself, and hell, thats were I became the Crippler. I broke Sabu's neck in ECW......I PROVED I WAS MORE THAN HARDCORE! I PROVED I WAS THE BEST! But do I feel any remorse for what I did? I FEEL NOTHING! Sabu wanted to fight me, so I gave him a fight. I proved, just like I have proved all my career, that I am unbeatable! Jeff Hardy has sneak attacked everyone in sight because he can't face anyone face to face. I am a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion and WCW World Heavyweight Champion Jeff.......proving that when it comes down to it, I GET THE JOB DONE! And Jeff......do you want to know how I have survived for the past 18 years? Do you want to know how I have managed to go from being nothing, to the best damn technical wrestler in the world today? Do you know how I have managed to be considered one of the best EVER?! BY THROWING ANY REMORSE, GUILT AND MY CONSCIENCE OUT OF THE WINDOW!

Benoit snaps the tape again, and stands up, jogging gently on the spot. Then, in a fit of rage, he picks the chair up, and hurls it across the room, causing it to clatter into the wall.

||Chris Benoit||Thats right! NO CONSCIENCE! That means I can do what I want! It means that when I face someone, there is nothing that will stop me from winning. There is nothing that will change my mind when I lock on the crossface. I have made everyone I have ever faced tap out......Triple H, Randy Orton, Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, Eddie Guerrero.......ALL TAPPED OUT! And it was because I didnt give a damn. I am focused on being the best.....ON BEING THE GREATEST WRESTLER THAT EVER LIVED! Lets look at what I have done, I have been WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! I have beaten every single person the the WCW,WWE,ECW,and ECE could give me. And whats makes you any different Book? Because you're a 5 time WCW Champion? YOU WILL STILL TAP! Because everytime I go to the ring, I remember what I have been through....'all the insults, all the laughter...ALL THE PAIN! The pain I use as fuel......TO SATISFY MY RAGE! A rage, that will be satifies this week on Nitro, because I will take you down in the middle of the ring. And I will listen to you scream, I will hear you beg......AND I WILL WATCH YOU TAP! And what will I feel, after I haved broken your neck? I WILL FEEL NOTHING!

Benoit turns, and grabs the shirt from the locker. He then holds it up, sa his rage filled eyes stare into the camera.

||Chris Benoit||You want this so bad Chris, you want to keep those Belts? THEN BRING EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO NITRO! Because no amounts of kissing ass is going to get you the win. No amounts of sneak attacks on wrestlers will get you a shot. You have to come Nitro! Book, you have to come this friday night, AND PROVE YOU WANT THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP AS BAD AS I DO! Because I know every guy in the back wants nothing more than to rid eCe of Chris Benoit because it makes THEIR jobs easier.......WHAT MAKES YOU SO SPECIAL? NOTHING! I have proven, over the last 18 years, that I love the wrestling industry, that I breath the wrestling industry......THAT I AM THE WRESTLING INDUSTRY! You have proven nothing so this week on Nitro, take my piece of advice.......THROW YOUR CONSCIENCE OUT OF THE WINDOW! Because there is nothing I wont do this week, NOTHING, that stops me from beating you! You will find yourself this week, trapped in the middle of the ring, in the Crippler Crossface, and you will scream.....you will beg.....and you will tap.....for the match.....for the tag title...FOR YOUR LIFE! Because AMW..Harlem Heat..Hardy and New Jack......I am the best damn technical wrestler in the world. I am a former United States Champion for a reason. And I am the man that will Cripple you on Nitro! Comeon guys...Try me......Im begging you to.....

Chris Benoit snarls, and then, with an intense look on his face, he slowly does the cut throat taunt. The camera's fade to the wCw logo.

This week, AMW,Harlem Heat,Hardy/New Jack,and Flair and the Rabid Wolverine will collide for the first time in ece, and what a match it is set to be. the other 3 teams are adament that they will win the Title, but Chris Benoit has a point to prove. Chris Benoit has to show the world, that he's for real. And the only way to prove that, its to BECOME THE TAG TEAM CHAMPION!
