scene - With just a few hours left on the clock before the music hits, and the fans erupt for the beginning of Nitro, the cameras take us backstage for the taping of a private interview with Chris Benoit. We are seen in a dark room, nobody is standing around, just the Rabid Wolverine, who is looking down to the ground for a few seconds, slaughing and nodding his head, before looking straight into that camera and beginning to walk towards it closer and closer as each second goes by, before he behins to speak.

It's nice to see that you aren't completely brainless like I believed for all these years, I've now seen you prove why you didn't say a word for your entire career. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I've been in this business for almost twenty years, and I've earned every little bit of the respect I get today from the fans. You earned nothing! You walked into wwe, pranced your way around that very ring and beat jobber after jobber after jobber, just so one day you could brag about bein World Champion. You haven't worked for anything that you've ever gotten, and I think I need to change that RIGHT.. NOW. This friday night, you'll realize that life isn't so damn easy Kane, you can't just waltz into the ring and win every night, not when it's fairly judged. Friday, you'll get a little feel of what it's like to be on the losing end, because the oppressed aggression that I've had to keep inside of me for all these months will explode!
