United States Federal Income Tax
Did you know that according to the United States Tax Code and the Code of Federal
Regulations that most Americans living and working in the United States are "exempt"
from federal income taxes?
If you think its not true or the old government saying of, "If it sounds to good to be
true, then it is," then read for your self how the United States was unable to convince
juries that there is a law requiring individuals to file and pay income taxes:
Jury acquits pilot, who questioned IRS--Aug 31, 2003
Former IRS/CID Agent Joe Banister Beats I.R.S.--June 24, 2005
Watch a video that shows lawyers and CPA's telling you that there is no law that
requires individuals to file and pay income taxes. (DSL required)

IF YOU STILL DON’T BELIEVE THEN HERE IS A SIMPLE TEST
All you have to do is write your public officials, Congressmen and two Senators.
First letter is to ask them about information about the “Brady Bill” (Gun Control); what is the law.
You will receive from theses individuals a lot of information.
Second, after you received that information write another letter simply stating, “What law requires citizens to file and pay income taxes?” If you get a response, it may state information as, “you must pay your income taxes.” “Some of them my try to tell you that the Courts have said Congress has the authority to collect taxes. And that is true but where is the law. Or they may cite the 16th Amendment:
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
I ask you, does the above amendment instruct you, an individual to do anything? Does is tell you that you must file an income tax return? To pay income taxes? NO, it does not instruct you to do anything. It is only an “Enabling Act” for Congress. It gives Congress the right to do as the amendment dictates. So that’s not the law that requires citizens to pay and file income taxes.
Now you can really skip the first letter if you want and go to the second letter. But the first letter will show you how easy it is for Congress to give its citizen information when it is true. But when its not, they just beat around the bush and send you here and there because they can’t find it!
This is a simple test and you don’t have to stop paying or filing you’re just asking a question.
