Hollister R.E.A.C.H. exists to improve and promote the educational, social and economic welfare of the citizens of Halifax and Warren County. By providing tools and education for self-help, we motivate of our citizens toward building a spirit of community from a variety of ages, races, agendas and viewpoints.
