What is a Foxmor Pony ?

Not just another pretty face.  First and foremost, Foxmor ponies are bred for performance. 

When I started this venture in 1993, I had an image in mind, and I wanted it all.  A good mind, athletic ability, movement, conformation and the pretty face.  I never intended to show in-hand, but just fell into that end of the Hunter world.  I have been very pleased with what the Foxmor ponies have accomplished, but the most important aspect is these ponies have gone on to prove themselves in the performance ring, as they were bred for. 

Foxmor breeds mainly larges and mediums, with the occasional small.  The majority of our broodmares were bred here, as I knew what bloodlines I wanted.  My breeding goal is performance and I employ proven performance bloodlines with a little British Riding Pony and Australian Pony thrown into the mix.   Bloodlines were researched for six years before I purchased my first mare, Sum Music, a beautiful TB mare that became my foundation mare, now retired.  We have retained 3 of her daughters, one grandson and two grand-daughters.  These ponies have done well in-hand and some are now entering the A circuit and proving themselves as Children's ponies.
