Camping Reservations

The Florida state parks system provides reservation services online through the Reserve America Web site and through a toll-free Call Center. The Call Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and takes reservations for family campsites and cabins.

A minimum of a one-night stay is required for campsites and a two-night stay for cabins. Weekly and monthly discount camping fees are available at selected parks. Park visitors can camp up to fourteen days in a park without leaving and can have up to three, two-week stays in a six-month period at any one park.

Parks accept reservations from two days up to eleven months in advance of the scheduled arrival date. About 10 percent of the sites at each park are held for walk-in visitors. Guests receive a confirmation letter when they make their reservations fourteen days or more in advance.
